Smoothie Recipe |
1 Can Pumpkin
1 Ripe banana
8 oz soy milk chilled
1 tsp flax seeds
½ tsp of pumpkin spice
¼ tsp of allspice
Peel ripe banana place into small bowl mash with potatoes masher
Blend the cooked pumpkin and banana with blender stick
Add 8oz chilled soy milk into the bowl blend well
Ground flax seeds into fine powder using nut grinder
Blend all ingredients well no lumps
Add pumpkin spice and allspice blend well again
Smoothie is ready to serve
